Video meetings
A meeting is recorded or transcribed only with the consent of everyone present, requested in advance and repeated at the start. This consent can be withdrawn at any time; the recording then stops. It is used only to draw up the minutes and is deleted once they are approved.

Google Analytics is only loaded if you accept it in the cookie banner; you can withdraw your consent at any time. See the cookie policy.
Recipients
- Odoo S.A. (Belgium): hosting, in data centres in Europe.
- Google (Ireland and United States): audience measurement, only with your consent.
- Microsoft (Ireland and United States): video calls and email.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or rent your data.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR), and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us; we reply within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15, boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux.
Security
Named access limited to what is necessary, encrypted exchanges, regular backups.
